Stand-up collar from Suzdal

Description

Found this somewhere on the internet. The description said "Stand-up collar from Suzdal, 10th - 13th century" ("воротничок-стойка из Суздаля 10-13 вв"). It looks a lot like a spiral silver posament with loops used as button holes.

A google search turned up the following link but since I can't read Russian I can not get any information out of it:

Has anyone more information about this find? Literature? Links? Can you read Russian and could check the link for more information? Please help!
